RATES AND DEPOSITS

Prices are subject to change due to changes in your arrival and/or departure dates and room types. All rates are given in Euros. The maximum number of guests per room depends on the room type. Please check your room type description for details. Children aged 12 and over stay as adults. Room rates include VAT.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PAYMENTS

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The amount stated on your reservation confirmation page or in your email will be charged to your credit card. Debit cards are not accepted. Currency rates are valid at the time of booking, but are subject to currency fluctuations and you may be billed at the prevailing exchange rate after your stay is completed. Please note that all rates given on the website are in the currency of your reservation. The name on your credit card must match the name on your reservation. Otherwise, please note that your reservation may not be guaranteed and may potentially be cancelled.

The credit card must be presented at check-in along with valid photo identification of the cardholder and registered hotel guest. On the day of arrival, the hotel will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure you have sufficient funds to cover all your accommodation expenses. If the credit card is refused, invalid, or not presented, another form of payment will be required, or the reservation may be cancelled without notice.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is no earlier than 2 PM, and check-out time is no later than 12 PM. You must be at least 18 years old or staying with your parents to check in and register for a room. A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented at check-in.

If you arrive at the hotel before the normal check-in time, it is advisable to contact the Hotel Reception for assistance with storing your luggage until check-in becomes available. An early check-in fee of 50% of your daily rate will apply. Early check-in is only available upon request, subject to room availability and occupancy levels. Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival to request early check-in.

For late check-out requests, please inquire about late check-out availability with the Hotel Front Desk - Reception at least 24 hours prior to departure. A half-day rate may apply for late check-outs between 12:00 and 18:00, and a full-day rate for late check-outs after 18:00.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted in any rooms at Side Resort Annex. Smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas by local law. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas determined by management.

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed.

By proceeding with your reservation, you also acknowledge and agree that, if you accept the reservation, your stay will be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of accommodation. The Hotel reserves the right to change, amend, and/or otherwise modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. This reservation and the terms and conditions stated herein will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

We declare and undertake that the confidentiality of your personal information is important to us and will not be shared with third parties, institutions, or organizations other than legally authorized persons. All links and content on our site are the responsibility of the site owners; privacy rules are determined by their own privacy policies.
